Pub nonsense, # 1.
Greetings! I have taken three years to come up with a title for my posts that I can refer back to, muppet!
To keep you up to date, it's snowing like hell here! Two inches in the last hour! And still it comes. Global warming!
Some of the pics that Jez took last Friday using my new lens
As you can see she's lovely. Charly said to me ages ago that I would never get a picture of her! Jez you're a star!!
This, as you know is our ever-so-gorgeous soaker landlady, Di. An early lunch today!
This pony lives on some land to the rear of the pub. Haircut?
Trigger! Do NOT zoom in. I will not be held liable for any heart problems arising from such reckless action!
A Blue Tit. (Nothing to do with the temperature!)
Click on the pictures (apart from Triggers) to see the close-ups!

Damn, accidentally clicked on the Trigger pic. I think I need therapy.
Dumdad! LMAO!
I've been reading about the tons of snow being dumped on the UK. The important thing is to make it to the pub - if you get snowed in then you'll just have to grin and bear it for a couple of days... que sera sera!
Much of the snow we had overnight in Paris has now melted in the rain.
It's still snowing here, only 3" though! I'll make it !
For some reason, I've been picturing Di as a blonde. Shhh...don't tell her that.
Di is much younger that I thought!
We had snow but not enough to make a snowball let alone a snowman. Hopefully we'll get a decent fall tomorrow.
Karmyn, she is, trust me!
Beccy, she'll love you!
Nice to see the ladies! Greetings from paralyzed snowy London town ;)
Hi, KB!
Trigger looks like he's been pulled. Dangerous.
Rog, good to hear from you. Sorry about Murph!
John, you'll have to come over to my place and see the photos of the ice we got here. Still a lot of the state without power after a week, and could be another 2 weeks before everyone is back online. I was happy to not lose power...
now you see what i have to go through every bloody winter ;) have u got spikes or chains fitted to your wheels :)It could get tricky otherwise to evade another bashing of that gorgeous landlady of yours :)Thanks for the pix,its so more personal to put proper faces to names, like that the people come really alive in your stories! Got to get going now, gong to ski next week! WAHEY!
Yes she's lovely. Trigger looks older than I imagined and Di younger - in fact she looks too young to run a pub. I'm in love. With the pony:)
Why didn't Jez take a picture of my dad? Still, I suppose he would have needed a specially re-enforced lens for that!
Don't tell him I said that!
That's Trigger? God help us all!
Charleys a nice looker though. Get in there John, before some other lucky sod gets her!
Wendy, Keith wasn't here.
I'm bloody glad I wasn't there. If I had been, my face would have been all over t'internet by now. And I can't have that, because the police are still looking for me!
(The crime? I never paid for the tickets to The Policemans Balls in 1985 and 1986!)
Oh, ...and my blog page is closing down tonight cos I'm going to muscle in on this one. Permanently!
P*SS OFF!
I was thinking the same as Beccy about Di- I'm surprised you didn't have a heart attack getting a comment from Beccy LOL.
I resisted the temptation to zoom in on Trigger. Di must a very strong personality in order to keep you lot in line!
Keith - I'm really sorry you've decided to close your blog down :-(
