Global Taxing!

Right! We have hundreds of politicians and other associated hangers-on/wankers flying out to Bali for a conference on climate change. How eco-friendly is that? Five star hotels, all expenses paid! Oh, the luxury.

It has been calculated that this conference on "saving" the planet has chucked the same amount of CO2 out as Chad does in a year!

What a load of crap!!

Whatever happened to the communications revolution that meant not having to leave your office in order to connect with the rest of the world?? The term 'On a Jolly' springs to mind here. I'd like to see the government's collective carbon footprint. Maybe if they practised what they preached then we'd reach our reduction target.

I think about that every time some famous person talks "green" and then hops aboard their personal yacht or plane.

Maybe they all carpooled...

No, I didn't think so...

They're obviously in Bali because it's the centre of world politics and the communications capital of the world.

Isn't it?

Love the new header BTW.

Good game last night. Thought we were going to get a lot more, the way we started. Gotta love Ronnie.

We must read the same paper. Sadly I don't know where or what Chad is.

Didn't that sad cow Heather Mills do the same thing? Left her 4x4 engine running while she ranted on about drinking rats' milk and saving the planet. Grr! etc.

They are all seekers of sexual pleasure by their own hand. Global warming is just another ruse to get us to pay more money and let them control us more.

Half of 'em wouldn't know global warming if it jumped up & bit 'em on the arse I reckon. It's a good excuse to get out of the miserable weather & bask in the delights of a spot like Bali.
So glad I don't pay tax!
