HTML

Now, everyone who has read this Blog knows my incapability to understand HTML. I'd be better off trying to learn Mandarin. But, I have spent the last 3 hours on my other blog(the practice one), trying my hardest. I'm reading the book Keith gave me, 'HTML in easy steps', yeah, righto! I didn't realise I was SOOOOO thick, but I don't know where to start. It's just gobbly-de-gook to me! I tried Brom, his site looked really good, but no, not a f*cking clue!

Me first! You bloody thicko! HTML is just sooooooo easy it's unbelievable; even a complete idiot can understand it, but then your not a complete idiot yet, but you are well on the way!

Broms site is a "walk in the park". I mean, it is written in English so you shouldn't have a problem. Now if that book was a manual on playing golf or about motorbikes then you wouldn't have a problem would you?

When you see my car go by the pub window tomorrow, get my beer in. Bass, please.

John you are brighter than me. I want to put an award on my side bar and I'm nervous of trying it alone.

Hello John,

If this blonde can do HTML, anyone can. So there you have it ;)

John, I'm with you there. One small glimpse of html and I panic. The people who installed the computer lent me a 'beginners' manual but I can't get beyond the intro. (Mind you it is in French!)

I can't pretend I really understand but I do know some of the 'html' codes to do certain things on my blog and that's because Sam gave them to me.

John, have a look at www.w3schools.com if you haven't already. Our teachers at design school recommend this site. It looks pretty user-friendly...

OK, let's try this again for anyone else who might want the link:

http://www.w3schools.com/

Maybe I should go to the site more often... :^}

(I've also emailed it to you, John.)

If ever I get it right, I have to go back and cut and paste the stuff....... I agree. I find French musch easier for instance!

I learned all I know about HTML from HTML Dog. If this link actually works, the lesson was not in vain.

I used w3schools to learn myself JavaScript. See that fortune cookie thing at the top of my blog? Doddle.

And I dropped out of my computer science degree after only two years, so it's not as if you need to be a gineus or that.

Seriously, email me if you need a hand.
