Classic Trigger

Trigger was moaning that after doing his washing(his wife died 13 years ago), that he was itching a bit from his clothes. We suggested that this might be down to his washing powder. Obe Wan asked if he used fabric softener.

"No, what does that do?"

I need not continue...............!

We have duck curry on the bar tomorrow, courtesy of Obe Wan, with cauliflower and homemade garlic bread. I wont need any tea later. It saves Father cooking, and it`s free!

Oh, btw, Man. UTD beat the Scousers today. Now there`s reason for celebration!

I've come to the conclusion that all Bloggers are mad, except for me and JohnG.

Come to think of it, I'm not too sure of JohnG either!

The original is 'They're all a bit queer except thee an me and thy'rt a bit queer at times.'
Just sayin'!

Pat ~ Nowadays we aren't supposed to say 'queer' because the puffs might be offended. Perhaps we should re-phrase that saying to 'They're all a bit gay except thee an me and thy'rt a bit gay at times.'

John ~ Trip to Leicester cancelled. Will see you at lunchtime. Was that a groan I just heard?

The Scousers were robbed! That wasn't a match, would've been a draw had that eeejit not given away a penalty. Anyway I forgive you because, unlike Chelsea, at least Man U has a history of being a good club. No disgrace to lose to the team at the top of the premiership.
Anyway, duck curry aside (which sound gak by the way), apologies if my dad has scared you off. He's a bit, um, queer in the original sense of being just plain insane. But I love him!

PS... Keith, you keep posting as "anonymous" but then putting your name within the body of the comment. Doesn't that kind of defeat the point of anonymity?

Simoney ~ I use Geocities.com for my blogpage and the new Blogger/Google system refuses to let me post on ANY Blogger page now. It will not let me use "OTHER" either, but it will permit me to use "ANONYMOUS" so I have to identify myself by pasting the link in myself.

I think Google and Yahoo are behaving childishly.

I use Geocities because I have complete control over every aspect of my blogpage, and there are no restrictive "terms of agreement" like in Google.

Sorry, I didn't mean that Yahoo are acting childishly, it's just Blogger-Google.

JohnG ~ Sorry for hogging your comments column. I'll buy you a pint at lunchtime.
