Mum2, I don't know who it was. Click on the photo, it looks even better.

But you never told them what was written on the back of the picture!

"If you don't chop this f**king tree down I'll get the council to do it. I'm fed up with the leaves blowing into my garden, and the pigeons that roost in it come and crap all over my car. It blocks the light to my garden, and my lawn is dying.

From your friendly neighbour, Kevin."

"Kevin", go blow it out of your Arse! See you next week!

Grumpy would get on well with my father-in-laws neighbour. She objects to the leaves falling off his trees, over the fence and into her garden. She also blames him for the sguirrels burying nuts in her garden!!!??? Mad woman!
Nice photo.

Headless chicken - Everybody knows what 'sguirrels' are. They are are normally referred to as "Monkey Deer" and are found in the vicinity of Broughton Astley and Leire in Leicestershire, and live on cheese and onion cobs. True! If you don't believe me ask John G.....

So beautiful...the wind (no jokes now!) has blown every leaf off our trees around here in the space of 1 day :o(

But, if a dead sguirrel comes through your letterbox next week, I'd become worried...

Dead sguirrel will probably be on the bar on Sunday! It's very nice!

... and John G is NOT joking about dead sguirrel, plucked (no, I did say "Plucked!"), and smoked; with a nice with salad being served up on Sunday.

I've been there when we had smoked racing pigeon with nibbles (No, I didn't say "nipples").

I'm looking forward to when we have marinated Di-Monkey Deer with juniper-berries, yummy!

'Round here we fry them up like Kentucky fried chicken, along with some mashed taters and gravy. Dove as well, which are frankly just country pigeons...
