Global warming ?

Ok, we are, according to some supposedly intelligent people, in the grip of global warming on a catastrophic scale.

Snowy back garden

Something tells me not all their tax gobbling beliefs are working very well!

Snowy bird table

This appears to confirm my suspicions that we are getting ceremoniously SHAFTED ! Tax opportunties abound, don't they?

By lunchtime all the snow had gone, but it remains very cold, and as I type this it is snowing again. Hoh, hum!

You've had a lot more snow than us. Just when I was lulled into thinking it was getting warmer we are back to brass monkey weather!

We didn't have as much snow as that either. Enough to save me from having to do any gardening though.

still look magical though, these piccies of your garden.

Fingers crossed that we saw the last of the white mess now, I'd love to start work in my minuscule allotment, but so far the soil is still frozen:(

It's finally warming up over here. It's supposed to be in the 70's(F)* most of the week. About time, I say...

*OK, lower 70's, but still...

Have you seen the movie Inconvienant Truth? Well - it does have some pretty interesting theories.

if we do have global warming and all that ice melts in one BIG Moment - looks like you guys there in the UK will experience 50°F (10°C) for a LONG time.... something about the Atlantic Ocean current stopping and not bringing you warm weather anymore.

Okay - enough of my lecture.

Snow is much better when confined to photos.
As for the government and their new tax rates - they just need confining. In the Tower perhaps?

This is the other side of the "Warming", my dear....You have had an abundance of rain this year, yes? Well, more Cold in certain areas and Rain, too...ALL Part of this disasterous Global Warming that is REAL!

I must say these pictures look quite charming though..."Winter" in the UK....I'm grateful we do not have snow here in Los Angeles....I've lived through enough snow storms in my lifetime! LOL!

In fact, according to Mr Hawking, the well known spastic, (even more famous that you!) we are experiencing "global freezing". He says the Earth is getting colder, and I believe him.

Now, where did I put my hot-water bottle...........

Lovely photos John & tell dad to be patient, as he'll be kept busy when you eventually get your two weeks of summer......around October at this rate!
It's warming up nice here - 42C on Wednesday & it was 24C at 9pm the following night :-)
(It won't be too long before I'm bitchin' that it's TOO hot again!)

The various Governments pushing their agendas have realised that we can't be fooled into higher taxes by such a blatant piece of bullshit as 'Global Warming', as it's so plain to see that some places are colder than ever.

That's why you rarely hear the term any more, as it's been replaced with the newer and even more vague 'Climate Change', now they can have two bob each way.
