That first photo would have brought tears to the eyes of my mother had she still been alive. Snowdrops were her second favourite flowers (her first being forget-me-nots, as they were bundled within carnations for her wedding bouquet). She used to say that when the Snowdrops came into flower we were over the worst of winter and could now look forward to the spring.
I have to say that's an impressive healthy looking display! Having been brought up in Leics I know the soil is naturally heavy clay, and is either too wet or too dry, and to me it's obvious that someone is putting a lot time and effort into that garden!

I wish I had flowers in my garden, but a teenage son who still thinks that he's David Beckham and flowers simply do not mix.
I get lots of wild ones under my hedge which I like, but nothing quite as extraordinarily beautiful as your garden.
