Doomed, we're all doomed!

This was taken a couple of days ago. An azalea. What is this doing flowering now?

Anonymous said...: I once stuck a plastic foxglove in amongst the real ones in our local woods (Why? That's another story.) and promptly forgot about it. That is until I read a letter in the local paper about a foxglove that had been seen in the wood flowering in September! Amazing!
