I met the new/future landlord today, he seems a good sort on first impressions.
The REALLY good news is he`s a biker. Yeah! The MOTO G.P. season starts on March 10th.
Now I have an ally. This is looking GOOD!

Oh, no! The next thing is they will be changing the pub name to "The Bikers Arms"!

Ah yes, warm beer. Why is it fashionable to have everything ice cold. I do not want ice cold - it is the middle of the bloody winter and cold beer has no taste.
I will, however, share my latest passion - Cornish Cream. Not the stuff that goes on a scone, but a beautiful pint that tastes like the freshest Guinness. Yummy.

i guess in a place like UK, ice-cold drinks are not very attractive. i blame the weather for that.

Beccy, I used to drink bitter at the correct temperature..12C, but took up lager `cause the bitter in here got me pissed. Cripple who can hardly walk when sober, mixed with bitter = OUCH!!

As long as he still sells drink, you're probably going to be alright.
yeah - unless he starts swapping everything for alcopops and polish lager that tastes like paint stripper! And changes the interior of the pub to look like an ikea showroom. Boooh! But then if he's a biker, I doubt that very much!
