HTML

I have just spent another hour or so trying to understand 'HTML in easy steps', a book given to me by Keith ages ago. Alas to no avail, I haven't the foggiest idea where to start, or what to do.
I tried typing some of that strange code thingy in to my test template, but nothing happened. And how the hell are you supposed to remember all that code? It's like learning f***ing Mandarin!

No, bugger it, I shall let Wendz do one for me. Over to you Wendz, you know the score!

I've managed without knowing anything about it so far but please let me know if you find a use for it.

I've optimistically bought a html book too, but it appears to be written in Klingon.

Well I hate to tell you this, but last night my bedtime reading was a book on html.

Snaffle a split screen editor of some kind. That will help you understand it by seeing cause and effect at the same time.
Wendz, run this way, I read HTML at bedtime as well I am afraid.

I just get my friend Tom in. He tries to teach me but I tend to glaze. I have to direct people to my side bar instead of links but no-one's perfect!
