Update.

5,10.pm, Now I don't usually eat until about 6.30pm, but after yesterdays reaction to the hypnosis I WAS STARVING!

Luckily, I have never had a sweet tooth so comfort eating on chocolate is a no-no. Today was 4 rounds of ham salad sandwiches, a bowl of fresh cherries, and 3 slices of fresh melon.

I think I'm doing well! No craving for a cigarette, no whingeing/ moodiness. This really works!

Dad did tell me off this morning for pissing up a tree and barking at a cat, but hey, I'm no Beagle any more.

You are so good not to compensate with sweet things. A friend of mine went back to smoking after she put on so much weight (through nibbling sugary stuff and chocolate). She reckoned the excess pounds would do her more harm than the nicotine.

Sablonneuse, I'm lucky like that, but I must stop trying to chase cats!

Glad to hear it's all going well John, Joules put on weight when he gave up then started again so now he's fat and a smoker!

Karmyn, yes they can!

HC, no chance of me doing that. Not a lot of exercise!

Jon m, I know, now!!

Beccy, hypno's the way to go.

John - troffing as in eating like a pig out of a trough!!!:)

HC, I know, but little or no exercise = no calories burnt = not much food needed!

Congratulations! I hope the food cravings subside soon - it'd be embarrassing to have to upgrade to a wider chair...

But the hypno thing is fascinating. Does it work with overeating, I wonder?

IM, I would think so.

And if the eating gets out of control, you can go back to her for more hypnosis!

Sally, only within 3 months, but my eating will be ok.
