Smoking

I don't smoke anymore!!

What fantastically strange feeling being hypnotised is. You are aware of every sound around you, yet blissfully relaxed. When she brought me out of it, I went rigid for a split second then back to normal. Worth every penny, and I am not even craving one!

HC, thanks. It is a good feeling, although one of the side-effects for 24 hours is a lack of appetite.

Well done indeed! Does it put you off beer as well though?
By the way, I tried to translate your milkman joke for my French friend. It took time and effort but I found out that in France (because they've never had milk delivered to the door) it's the postman that has that reputation.

Yay! Welcome to the land of the bitten nails and picked noses John! It's a great feeling. Do you get a little glow of pride when you say' no thanks, I don't smoke?'

PS...any trigger words discovered yet?

Great, you don't smoke any more. Now all you need to do is get hypnotised to stop spitting......

Eh! Great timing, seeing as you are no longer allowed to smoke in pubs anyway. All this hypnosis lark was just so you could keep enjoying your pubbing, right? Either way, well done. Now what are you going to do with all the money saved?

Well done!! How many sessions are you having?

Is that the first time you've been rigid since the tree fell on you?

Isn't it great to think that one can always fall back on hypnosis if all else fails? Well done! Try not to compensate with sweeties:)

The delete was me. Spelling mistake. Nothing sinister.

Nice one John. But shouldn't the post be titled 'Not Smoking' :-)

I gave up 13 years, 7 months and 3 days ago. Not that I'm still counting...

Thank you all for your kind words of support. Only Sally really needs a reply in person.......That's it, one session, job done!!
